Oops, I completely forgot to check if there was a game. Looks like I missed an exciting overtime clash between Kobe (25 points, 8 assists, 4 rebounds, 1 TO) and Dwyane (35 points, 8 assists, 5 rebounds, 4 TO).
Kobe just flat-out got more help from his teammates. Seven Lakers, including all five starters, scored in double figures. 25 points from Brian Cook on 16 shots? Wow. The team shooting 56% from three point range helps, too.
I guess until the Lakers get Odom back, and Bynum really clicking, they’ll be one of those teams that’s only entirely dangerous when they’re hitting outside. Better than nothing.
