Dodgers 1, Mets 4

On October 5, 2006, in General, by Neil Stevens

I don’t want to say or hear another word about yesterday. On to tonight. Sure, there was a bad play tonight, where Furcal failed to charge a ground ball, which wrecked a would-be inning-ending double play, and instead allowed two more runs to score in the inning. But two runs weren’t the difference tonight, so that’s not so bad.

You just have to credit the Mets’ pitching I think. Glavine got it done.
