Dodgers 4, Giants 3

On September 30, 2006, in General, by Neil Stevens

Reading about the game now, since I was asleep, it looks like it was another great comeback. Coming from down 0-3 to winning 4-3, with the winning run coming on a wild pitch in the 9th inning, is not the easiest way to go.

Nomar’s playing hurt, and couldn’t even finish last night, apparently. Here’s hoping he can keep going through the playoffs.

Meanwhile the Padres finally lost, the Phillies won, the Astros lost, and the Cardinals won. So the NL Central’s about done with the Astros two back in the loss column, the NL West is tied, and the NL Wild Card could go to any of three teams, though the Phillies are two back. And that’s with two games to go. Exciting!
