Important Note: The merging of the old, original Simply American database with the new is still in progress. Contributor posts are all up, but user comments are not likely to return. Further, all intra-site links from the-amazing.us are yet to be converted to new links here. Lastly, the old topic system, including topic images, will never be ported over because the way it changed over the history of the site is never going to be replicated anyway.
This picture must be on half the right-wing sites on the Internet today, but I love it enough to post it myself:
I love how the background of the visual aid matches her coat.
I forgot: Chris Mihm is out. Of course it wasn't a very good game. The hub of the defense is gone.
Fortunately both #9 New Orleans and #10 Utah both lost, so the Lakers drop only to #8.
What happened?
One team going up and one team going down: The Hornets in the past week have dropped from #7 to #9 in the West, allowing the Lakers and Kings each to go up one spot. The Kings were nowhere at the start of the season, and now they're defending the final playoff position.
Coincidentially, it's Lakers at Kings tonight. Should the Hornets upset the Spurs in San Antonio, the loser drops to #9. This should be fun.
